ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select the size and quantity, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.


How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! We offer a 12-hour cancellation and modification window from the time your order is placed.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible within this window. Once the 12-hour period has passed, your order may have already been processed or dispatched and cancellation and modification may no longer be possible.

What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item? 

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll resolve it for you promptly.

Will I receive an order confirmation? 

Yes — an order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, covering almost every corner of the globe!

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 15–17 business days under normal circumstances. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your country and region.

Delivery timeframes may also be affected by factors such as customs clearance, local carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to more than 180 countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above 80$ — check our current promotions.

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer standard shipping only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of $80 or above. We also occasionally run promotions with free shipping and no minimum order value — subscribe to our emails to stay updated on the latest offers and sales.

Please note: Free shipping is available for selected countries only. To check if your country is eligible, simply add products worth $80 or more to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your address — eligibility will be shown automatically.

Do I have to pay any taxes or customs duty upon delivery?

In most cases, no — we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all duties and taxes are covered and you won't be charged anything extra upon delivery.

However, for certain countries with strict customs regulations, local authorities may still require additional charges. In such cases:

  1. We will contact you in advance before dispatching your order to inform you of any potential customs charges.
  2. Your order will only be dispatched after your confirmation that you agree to pay the applicable duties upon delivery.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Are your products true to size?

Yes — every product page includes a Size Guide to help you choose the best fit. If you need help, our support team is happy to assist you.

Do you sell second-hand or pre-owned articles?

No, we do not sell second-hand items

What if the product is defective?

We stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

How do I find the right size?

Each product has a detailed size guide on its product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the size chart before ordering for the best fit.

What materials are your products made from?

We use premium quality fabrics across our range — fabric composition is listed on each individual product page for full transparency.

 How do I care for my garments to maintain quality?

Always follow the care label instructions on each garment. Generally, we recommend cold machine washing, inside out, and air drying to preserve color and fabric quality.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for a return

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us directly, and our team will guide you through the process.

Do you give refunds as store credit or vouchers?

No — we refund directly to your original payment method or bank account. No store credit, no vouchers.

We believe your money is yours, and it should come back to you — not be locked into our store.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

How do I participate in a giveaway?

Follow the instructions posted on our social media pages for each giveaway. Entry requirements vary but typically include following our account, liking the post, and tagging a friend.

How are giveaway winners selected?

Winners are selected randomly and fairly from all valid entries. The selection process is conducted after the giveaway closing date.

How will I know if I've won a giveaway?

If you're a winner, we will contact you directly via email. Winners are also announced on our website, so keep an eye out!

We will also never ask for your address — we'll ship your prize directly to the address used in your last order with us.
