MuddyStock Shipping Policy

At MuddyStock, we strive to offer you the best shipping experience possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Generally orders are processed within 3-7 business days (If it takes more days you will be notified) receiving the order. It shows on checkout or on your orders page that after how much days your product will be delivered .

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are based on your country and locations

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7– 14 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days

  • International Shipping: International orders may take anywhere from 2 - 3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey. 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at [muddystock@gmail.com/+91 9116459111] immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

8. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you informed of any major delays.

9. Customs and Duties (for International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their orders. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Note- Some shipping carriers will not eligible for free shipping no  matter how much your cart value is. These shipping carriers are automatically applied on the basis of your delivery location
